YouToGame sells digital products only. We do not ship physical goods. There is no courier, carrier, or physical shipping fee (shipping cost is always $0). All products are delivered electronically according to the product type.
Orders are initiated and processed electronically from our operating region: Hong Kong. Catalog items are held as electronic inventory or fulfilled from live upstream digital stock — not from a physical parcel warehouse.
Some products are issued or topped up by upstream digital suppliers / API partners. We handle checkout, reconciliation, and after-sales support.
YouToGame remains your merchant of record for checkout, order status, and after-sales support. Partners receive only the minimum data needed to complete delivery.
After successful processing, the purchased code is shown on the order details page. A copy may also be emailed to the address used at checkout. You can retrieve completed orders anytime via Order Lookup using your order number and email.
For game top-ups, mobile recharge, or other account-based services, value is credited directly to the account, player ID, phone number, or other destination you provided. No redemption code is issued unless the product page says otherwise.
Handling: Processing starts right after payment confirmation. Delivery is usually automatic; if fulfillment fails, the amount is refunded to your account balance.
These times are estimates and may vary with payment verification, security review, supplier load, inventory, or incorrect customer information. They are intended to match our Merchant Center delivery settings.
Because delivery is electronic: no shipping fee, no carrier tracking number, and no physical return shipment. Delivery status is shown on your order page.
Delivery may take longer due to payment verification, security review, temporary supplier delays, inventory, high volume, blockchain congestion, incorrect customer information, or technical issues. If your order remains unfulfilled for more than 24 hours, contact support with your order number. Unfulfillable orders are handled under our Refund Policy.
Before paying, verify the product, country/region availability, platform, denomination, and Player ID / UID / phone / email or other delivery details. Orders successfully delivered or credited using the information you provided generally cannot be reversed.
YouToGame is an independent third-party retailer of digital goods. We do not sell known counterfeit digital products. Brand names, trademarks, and cover images are used only to identify the corresponding product and do not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or official authorization from the brand owner unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
