Activation
eSIM Activation Instructions Before installing the eSIM, connect your device to a stable Wi-Fi network. An Internet connection is required to complete the installation. Step 1 Open the installation details provided with your purchase. Step 2 Select the Quick Install option corresponding to your device: iPhone (iOS) Android Step 3 Tap the installation link and follow the on-screen instructions. Your device will automatically add the eSIM profile. Step 4 Once the eSIM has been installed, keep it disabled if you have not yet arrived in China, Hong Kong or Macau. Step 5 When you arrive at your destination, enable the eSIM and set it as your preferred mobile data line. Step 6 Enable Data Roaming for the eSIM. Your device will automatically connect to a supported local network and the plan will activate upon the first successful network connection. Important Information A stable Wi-Fi connection is required for installation. Compatible with eSIM-enabled devices only. Your device must be carrier-unlocked. Install the eSIM before departure whenever possible. Hotspot / tethering is supported. No physical SIM card is required. The validity period begins upon the first connection to a supported network.
